Insight into how netbooks are used will clearly help Google refine its Android operating system which is rumored to coming on Dell netbooks as well perhaps 10 or so others slated for release this Fall powered by the ARM11 processor.

I can't help but think porous Windows security is to blame for much of this rigamarole.
If a newspaper can claim readers, but doesn't have to print and deliver a newspaper to them, there is immense cost savings. Bezos clearly wants a piece of that savings.
My plan is to burn the DVD in my desktop burner and then use the portable burner with the netbook. So I never had to download the 2.35GB ISO image provocatively named 7100.0.90421-1700_x86fre blah, blah, blah on the netbook.
Hmmm...where there's smoke, there's fire....and possibly Dell Android-based netbooks.
